Energizer+ contains dextrose and fructose, 2 simple carbohydrates the body absorbs very quickly and which deliver new energy to the muscles on a short term. Maltodextrine, a complex carbohydrate, is being absorbed a little slower by the body and ensures energy on a long term. The convenient, reclosable bottle is easy to take along on any endurance trip. Taken in the last phase of training or contest, it gives an extra boost to perform better in the last series or in the final sprint.
